| The Directory
provides a quick
overview of doctor accounts, contact information, and activity dates.
By default, the accounts are sorted by zip code, but you can resort by
doctor name, Account Rep, or by Practice. To view the Account Details click on the
associated ID# in the first column of the row . To add a new account to the database, select Create New Account. You are required to enter data in the fields highlighted in red. Other fields have a place holder (-) by default. Fields cannot be blank. Date fields must contain numbers in the form of month/day/year. The Account Detail provides all of the details of the selected account. To edit an account, click on the associated ID# shown as a hyperlink. You will be required to login in order to edit an account, using the Username and Password. If you have not been supplied with a username and password, contact Ricardo Technologies. Upon login, you will return to the Account Directory to select an account. To Edit an Account after logging in, select the account from the Account Detail screen, click on the Highlighted ID#. If you have already logged in, you will go directly to the Account Edit page to make the desired updates. The edit screen validates data more critically than when creating a new account. No empty fields will be accepted, and the three date fields must include dates in the appropriate format (month/day/year). Once you submit an edited account, you will view a "record updated in table" notice, and a link to return to the Account Directory. If you receive an "Operation failed" notice, return to the Edit Account page and insure that no fields are blank, and that the dates are properly formatted. |
